Chitosan/poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) (5:1) nanofibers with cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) were produced using an electrospinning technique. The addition of CNCs to the chitosan/PEO solutions allowed the production of uniform fibers (without beads) with a high proportion of chitosan. The fiber diameters were influenced by the concentration of CNCs in the chitosan/PEO solutions. The solutions containing 10% (w/w) of CNCs produced thinner fibers compared to solutions containing 5% (w/w) of CNCs. Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the nanofibers were thermally stable, despite the CNCs having an effect on the PEO decomposition. Results from the cell assay in cultures of 3T3 fibroblasts indicated that the chitosan/PEO nanofibers (with 10% CNCs) promoted cell attachment with changes in the cytoskeletal organization. The results obtained in this work highlight the favorable effect of CNCs in electrospinning of chitosan/PEO. As expected, the influence of nanofibers on 3T3 fibroblasts F-actin and β-tubulin network revealed alterations in cytoskeleton, leading to changes in cell morphology and spreading.  相似文献

Two new metabolites including a new aszonalenin analogue (1c) and a new meroditerpene (3) were isolated, together with aszonalenin (1a), acetylaszonalenin (1b), 13-oxofumitremorgin B (2), aszonapyrone A (4b) and helvolic acid, from the culture of the soil fungus Neosartorya fischeri (KUFC 6344). While the ethyl acetate extract of the culture of the diseased coral-derived fungus Neosartorya laciniosa (KUFC 7896) furnished aszonapyrone B (4a), aszonapyrone A (4b), tryptoquivaline L and 3′-(4-oxoquinazolin-3-yl) spiro[1H-indole-3,5′-oxolane]-2,2′-dione, the ethyl acetate extract of the culture of the marine sponge-associated fungus Neosartorya tsunodae (KUFC 9213) yielded a new analogue of chevalone C (5) and helvolic acid. The structures of the new compounds were established based on 1D and 2D NMR spectral analysis as well as HR-ESIMS. Compounds 1ac, 2, 3, 4a, 4b and 5 were evaluated for their in vitro growth inhibitory activity on the MCF-7 (breast adenocarcinoma), NCI-H460 (non-small cell lung cancer) and A375-C5 (melanoma) cell lines by the protein binding dye SRB method.  相似文献

Carbon-13 NMR data are provided for a series of N-glycosyl amines and Amadori rearrangement products that were prepared by reaction of D-glucose with substituted anilines. The epitaxy optimization studies of high-quality n-type AlInN alloys with different indium contents grown on two types of substrates by metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy (MOVPE) were carried out. The effect of growth pressure and V/III molar ratio on growth rate, indium content, and surface morphology of these MOVPE-grown AlInN thin films were examined. The surface morphologies of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. By varying the growth temperatures from 860 °C to 750 °C, the indium contents in AlInN alloys were increased from 0.37% up to 21.4% as determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements. The optimization studies on the growth conditions for achieving nearly-lattice-matched AlInN on GaN templates residing on sapphire and free-standing GaN substrates were performed, and the results were analyzed in a comparative way. Several applications of AlInN alloy for thermoelectric and light-emitting diodes are also discussed.  相似文献

Owing to a geometric phase effect, an isosceles triangular aperture etched into thin metal film leads to constructive or destructive interference of surface plasmons excited at the two equal sides under linearly polarized illumination. Through appropriate spatial arrangement of an array of triangles, a highly confined focal spot beyond the diffraction limit can be achieved at the geometric center under azimuthally polarized excitation with field enhancement comparable to a bull's eye plasmonic lens under radially polarized illumination. Through simply rotating the orientation of each triangle aperture by 90°, the plasmonic structure defocuses the same azimuthal polarization illumination due to destructive interference caused by a geometric π-phase difference between the two sides of the triangle and between the adjacent triangles.  相似文献

The current availability and affordability of multi-microphone array systems has awakened a strong interest in sound source location and characterisation in many fields of experimental acoustics and noise control. Although the theory behind the design of such arrays has been known for some time, the algorithms used to process the microphone signals are the subject of on-going research and development. The beamformer algorithm is well-known and relatively simple to implement. It is useful for ‘scanning’ an area to find the position of sound sources but has limited ability to characterise fully the spatial distribution of the strength of an acoustic source. The inverse method, on the other hand, requires prior information regarding the position of sources or an appropriate discretisation of the source strength distribution. The method is more difficult to implement but can yield more useful source characterisation data. This paper presents a comparison between the two methods based on experimental data. The results show that, in the presence of more than one source, the beamformer cannot yield reliable estimates of the source strength of individual sources since the output from the beamformer is shown to be dependent upon the degree of correlation between multiple sources as well as the source strengths themselves. The inverse method, on the other hand, is shown to yield reliable estimates of source strength when more than one source is present, regardless of the correlation between the sources, although the results presented here are restricted to the case of a relatively small number of sources. It is clearly demonstrated, both theoretically and through carefully controlled experiments, that either method can be used effectively under reverberant conditions through the use of measured Green functions in place of the simple geometrically-derived free-space values of the Green function. This greatly improves the possibility for the successful use of these methods in many important industrial applications.  相似文献

DESIRS is a new undulator‐based VUV beamline on the 2.75 GeV storage ring SOLEIL (France) optimized for gas‐phase studies of molecular and electronic structures, reactivity and polarization‐dependent photodynamics on model or actual systems encountered in the universe, atmosphere and biosphere. It is equipped with two dedicated endstations: a VUV Fourier‐transform spectrometer (FTS) for ultra‐high‐resolution absorption spectroscopy (resolving power up to 106) and an electron/ion imaging coincidence spectrometer. The photon characteristics necessary to fulfill its scientific mission are: high flux in the 5–40 eV range, high spectral purity, high resolution, and variable and well calibrated polarizations. The photon source is a 10 m‐long pure electromagnetic variable‐polarization undulator producing light from the very near UV up to 40 eV on the fundamental emission with tailored elliptical polarization allowing fully calibrated quasi‐perfect horizontal, vertical and circular polarizations, as measured with an in situ VUV polarimeter with absolute polarization rates close to unity, to be obtained at the sample location. The optical design includes a beam waist allowing the implementation of a gas filter to suppress the undulator high harmonics. This harmonic‐free radiation can be steered toward the FTS for absorption experiments, or go through a highly efficient pre‐focusing optical system, based on a toroidal mirror and a reflective corrector plate similar to a Schmidt plate. The synchrotron radiation then enters a 6.65 m Eagle off‐plane normal‐incidence monochromator equipped with four gratings with different groove densities, from 200 to 4300 lines mm?1, allowing the flux‐to‐resolution trade‐off to be smoothly adjusted. The measured ultimate instrumental resolving powers are 124000 (174 µeV) around 21 eV and 250000 (54 µeV) around 13 eV, while the typical measured flux is in the 1010–1011 photons s?1 range in a 1/50000 bandwidth, and 1012–1013 photons s?1 in a 1/1000 bandwidth, which is very satisfactory although slightly below optical simulations. All of these features make DESIRS a state‐of‐the‐art VUV beamline for spectroscopy and dichroism open to a broad scientific community.  相似文献

A unique discretization scheme that couples Maxwell’s full wave vector field equations self-consistently with nonlinear charge and energy transport is presented. The scheme is used to simulate laser modulation achieved in a simple electrically pumped quantum well laser diode by dynamically heating the degenerate quantum charge gases with high frequency radiation.  相似文献
